For two squares of dark chocolate, or 14 g, according to EUFIC. That is little — an espresso holds ten times more. But it is the subject where published figures vary most, up to sevenfold, for want of a common unit.
Three things explain the mess of figures you will find elsewhere.
Nobody uses the same portion. This is the main source of confusion. English-language sources measure in ounces (28 g), EUFIC in 14 g portions, some sites per 100 g bar, others « per square » without saying what a square weighs. A square runs from 5 to 12 g depending on the brand. At identical content, the published figure can therefore vary sevenfold.
The cocoa percentage. This is the only real physiological factor. Caffeine comes from the bean: more cocoa means more caffeine. A 90 % chocolate holds roughly twice as much as a 55 %.
Theobromine, mistaken for caffeine. Chocolate holds far more theobromine than caffeine — about ten times more. It produces most of the stimulant effect people feel, gentler and longer. Sources quoting very high figures sometimes add the two molecules without saying so.

A whole bar of dark chocolate is therefore about 50 mg — two thirds of an espresso. Far from negligible if eaten in the evening, but far from the alarming figures one sometimes reads.
Two squares of dark chocolate hold eleven times less caffeine than an espresso.
You would need to eat one and a half bars to match a single espresso. Chocolate is not a significant source of caffeine — except in large amounts, and except for very sensitive people.

If evening chocolate keeps you awake, caffeine is probably not the only culprit: theobromine, ten times more abundant, acts longer and more gently. It is a stimulant in its own right, and caffeine tables never count it.
